Job Post: TikTok Wizard needed

We are looking for a highly creative TikTok Content Manager and Creator to join our team and help shape the voice and visual identity of our TikTok presence.
This is not a traditional “post and schedule” role. We are looking for someone with ideas, personality, and creative vision, someone who can integrate deeply into our brand DNA and help us build something meaningful and distinctive over time. Our goal is not to chase virality for its own sake, but to develop a strong, refined, and recognisable presence that reflects the quality, credibility, and uniqueness of our brand.

We have an established visual identity, existing content, and a strong foundation on Instagram and on our website, we are now ready to elevate our TikTok presence with intention and creativity.

What you will do

  • Develop creative concepts tailored specifically for TikTok
  • Propose original content ideas aligned with our brand identity
  • Collaborate closely with our founder and internal team
  • Work with existing content and transform it into compelling TikTok formats
  • Film and/or edit TikTok content when needed
  • Help define and evolve our TikTok creative direction
  • Identify trends selectively and adapt them intelligently to our brand
  • Help build long-term growth, not short-term spikes

Who you are

  • Highly creative with a strong sense of visual storytelling
  • Dynamic personality with original ideas
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture and formats
  • A strategic thinker — not just an executor. You understand positioning, brand building, and long-term direction (this is essential)
  • Able to integrate seamlessly into an existing premium brand universe
  • Independent, proactive, and reliable
  • Excellent communicator
  • Passion for wellness, performance, movement, or science is a plus
  • Already genuinely aligned with — and enthusiastic about — LEMAlab®
